Sorry for the extra noise. I should have mentioned that I am starting xntpd when I reach runlevel 2 during the boot process. I scanned this box from another and the proper port is not open (IIRC, it should be port 123 or 37). When I tried to connect to it with an NTP client from another machine, it (the client) just times out. Did I miss something in the config file? It currently looks like this: server x.x.x.x server x.x.x.x server x.x.x.x broadcastclient Thanks! CK
