[Cialug] Gamers "computer crime"

I'm cross-posting this to CIALUG, and our DFP Counter-Strike clan list, because I think it's of interest to both groups. Apparantly police did a search and siezure of a student's PC because of violent messages perceived as death threats to other gamers - it's called their "shit list". They may have changed some of the wording on the site it now says

"These players have either done a {BfD} member or a {BfD} ally wrong, or admitted to the lowest thing anyone could do: HACKED, or they are just plain bastards that deserve to die (in the game itself, not the REAL world!!!)".

I know at least on person on the CIALUG list has a job dealing with investigating computer crimes... care to comment?

I guess DFP should watch their step, huh?

Here's the articles, if you haven't seen them.
