I'd be careful when doing that.  I don't know whether putting
SDRAM DIMMs in a machine designed to use EDO DIMMs would blow
anything out or just not work...

I am pretty sure the FX chipset, which is what your info seems
to indicate does not support SDRAM, and neither does the HX,
I believe the either TX or VX were the first Intel chipsets
that did, if memory serves...  I could be wrong about that
though.  I do have a couple of FX and HX based motherboards
that definitely do not support SDRAM, and a couple of VX or
VX+ based motherboards that do.
