Hmmm, your keyboard controller chip (aka Keyboard BIOS, usually
an 8052 variant of some sort) may be going bad.  It is also
possible you have something grabbing the keyboard or mouse
IRQs.  Check to see what IRQs are in use and by what.  If
possible you might want to remove any extra cards and disable as
much of he onboard IO as possible and see if the problem
clears up.  If so, turn things on one at a time and add boards
back in one at a time until you locate the offending item.
