[Cialug] Best "obscure" Linux sites or newsgroups out there

The obvious ones are easy. As a newbie, I have been directed to them all but
I feel like I am being led to a top 40 sites or so. What would be great is
sites of Administrators and Consultants sharing their ideas/war stories of
implementing Linux and links to sites/articles that they have found useful.
Are there any out there or am I searching for something that doesn't exist.
