[Cialug] Inturrupted server response.

For a few days I have been receiving word that some of my web site's 
users out west have been using some web forms and during the processing 
after the 3rd page the site apparently stalls. I've heard different 
things regarding what results they receive, either it just sits there 
like the browser's working or it just returns a blank page not allowing 
them to continue, and refreshing results in the same thing.

Meanwhile these same forms are being accessed and completed by several 
(30 - 50) other people throughout the day that don't appear to have an 
issue.

The issues do seem inconsistent, and my guts says it's not the web server.

I am curious if there could be some processes running that I am not 
aware of. Has anyone run into to anything in their experiences that I 
may look for, should look for... and How do I go about monitoring the 
processes?
