[Cialug] crazy networking

ok. just rebuilt my dns and dhcp server (they are one in the same). 
since then i have been having issues going to different sites. i haven't 
found a pattern as to why i can't access the sites and i have been able 
to get to them from other connections.

i've done the whole reset of the modem gig several times and i've even 
reflashed my routers firmware.

some sites i have troubles with:

www.us.army.mil
www.cnet.com
johnny.ihackstuff.com
www.photobucket.com

any ideas, really anything, would be a start on this.
