Yes, Do you just want your server to send it off to a different box , or do you want to do criteria based filtering? If you are using Perl or php on your forms, it can output to sendmail for SMTP direct delivery. If you don't want any other relaying, you can turn off sendmail and let it be called command line only for outbound.
